Catering Review: It was evident that New Fortune was overwhelmed when it came to catering a wedding, and their level of professionalism left much to be desired throughout the event. They arrived late and unprepared, making communication challenging and ultimately throwing off the entire wedding schedule. As the night progressed, their lack of effort in cleaning the tables led to the venue owner threatening to shut down the event. They also caused a significant disruption.

AVOID NEW FORTUNE AT ALL COSTS. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Having worked with numerous catering companies in the past, I can confidently say that New Fortune is the worst I’ve ever encountered. The owners are not only unfriendly but also unethical. They delivered dirty and stained linens (including a dead cockroach we found in one of them), and the food was terrible—unseasoned, undercooked, and served cold. I do not recommend this restaurant for wedding catering. I know two people who used their services, and both had terrible experiences. Tony, in particular, comes across as untrustworthy; he does not honor contracts and tries to add extra charges for everything. His behavior is unethical, as he seems to believe that customers are easy to manipulate.

I was the photographer for a wedding anniversary and I have to say the low ratings don't give this place justice. The food I will give 5 stars but the location presentation takes it to a 4. I believe the location again be organization more. I know this location is recovering from a loss from covid but this is an opportunity for the business to shine like it did in the past. They did a great job with the food and food presentation. I think being more attentive and caring about

I really enjoy the dim sum but I haven't try out their other menu but I really like the dim sum menu they have variety of dishes. The Taro cakes are delicious. They great selection of seafood. I was having trouble finding the dessert cart to come around but other than that it was great.
