Ihop - Gaithersburg

This restaurant is definitely a typical family IHOP. It was quite busy when we left. Our server was efficient and straightforward. We were quickly in and out.

In recent years, IHOP has been on the decline, which is unfortunate considering it is one of the few family restaurants in the area. Despite this, we decided to give it a try.

It was incredibly cold inside the restaurant! I requested the host to inform the manager about it. When I asked if they could make it warmer, he did not seem too eager to help.

Had an order to have harvest nut grain pancakes instead of regular pancakes. when I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order, forget the cashier to mention that they no longer sell harvest nut grain pancakes. because of nut allergies was the answer. the information about nut allergies should have been properly advertised to customers, also ask for smokehouse sausage and give me left. not very good.

It's definitely your typical family iHop. It was quite busy when we went. Our server was quick and to the point. We were in and out with too much hassle other than a long wait time
