I've been going to the other place since then. I was worried it wouldn't live up to the hype, but my friends and I all agreed it was worth it. What User doesn't like about Fantasticks Rio:
popsicles are really cute and a more unique experience than anything else they offer, so if you’re gonna pay for overpriced ice cream it should be on those. however their gelatos are good, just not worth the price in my opinion. View all feedback.
I've been going to the other place since then. I was worried it wouldn't live up to the hype, but my friends and I all agreed it was worth it. I think gelato is probably a better option for a simple treat, but the custom-made popsicles are definitely a unique experience for a special occasion! They are incredibly sweet and taste great! I was really hoping the rose-flavored one would be available, but I guess they're all out. I took off a star because they are quite pricey. Otherwise, I would visit more often if it was more affordable! Instead, it'll be more of a rare treat for a special occasion!
I visited Fantasticks and ordered the Parfait-Popsicle, adding white chocolate and strawberry drizzle, along with three different toppings. The popsicle was delicious and refreshing, especially on such a hot day! There's often a line at the gelato shop, but you can skip the wait and order a popsicle instead. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy a picnic on a beautiful sunny day!
This is a fantastic spot for dessert with a wide variety of options to choose from. I've tried it before and loved it. They offer both milk-based and non-dairy gelato, along with plenty of topping choices. Please note that they don't serve ice cream. You must try the tiramisu, available in a cup or as a pop—it's delicious! The interior seating is cozy, and the entrance is located on the north side. It's also wheelchair accessible. I will definitely return and recommend this place to others!
I have a rose bud to try the place. about five dollars for a sugar stick. eh, could have been cheaper. I am usually a sucker for floral taste desserts. I really liked this taste. from any reason it smells like I had eaten borox? reminded me of homemade ant trap that I could not finish. idk, if this is a one-time event, but it was really not good. the rose taste was not present. it was only sugar cream with the aftertaste of Borax-idk. Maybe they've messed up this stack. I love floral aromas and read good reviews about the rose taste, but that was it. the consistency of the popsicle was good tho and the texture is beautiful and creamy. I am also glad that they are running with small container trays. Perhaps their other aromes will be better. the friend has the Tiramisu-Gelato. it was alr melting and had a slightly too sweet aftertaste for me. melted super fast. all in all it wasn't the best experience. I could try another taste next time, give them another chance. a rehearsal of mango purple was pretty good.
I've been hearing a lot about Fantasticks recently and I finally had a chance to check it out. I definitely get the hype. There are two sections: the first has plenty of unique gelato flavors to get a scoop or two, then there's the DIY ice cream bar section. The gentleman behind the counter let me know that I can try any of the gelato flavors and I tried the brownie caramel brittle. It was so good. I decided to get a scoop to go. But...I couldn't leave without making an ice cream bar right? I decided to make my own. It was sooooo good. The shop itself is very bright and has a very cute decor and a small section for seating. I went when there was a heatwave outside so it may have been better to eat inside the shop. I'm already planning a trip back to take my daughter. I know she will enjoy it as much as I did.
