A few of us came to the restaurant after placing an order through the app. We had trouble finding our order number on the app and asked if our order had been made. Instead of helping us, the staff told us to find the order number ourselves. After waiting for a while, we asked again if they had our order. The manager told us to check for the order number, insisting that they didn't have our order. This forced us to leave without our food, essentially losing money without receiving any discount or store credit. This incident happened between 11:20 and 12:00pm.
