Downtown Crown Wine And Beer

Bought a bottle of wine here and the wine had a horrid, spoiled taste. There was also large particles in the wine that was not in previous bottles that we tried. Took it back to the store and they said that the wine is suppose to be like that and there was nothing that they could do. Terrible customer service. Drove all the way back there to be told that they couldn’t help me. This could have been communicated over the phone when I called beforehand.

It's a great shop for all kinds of wonderful unique beers and wines, plus doubles as social gathering with a good atmosphere.

Wow! First time here and the two beers I was looking for were both out of code (May 2023) Get a new Rep or check your shelves fellas. Definitely going to another more professional establishment. Response to owner: The Beer I was referring to uses Best By dates on the bottom of their packaging not Born on Dates.

The staff is terrific! Beer and wine selections are very good, always evolving.
