This restaurant is fantastic. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. I usually place my order online for pick-up, but the only drawback is that there’s no option to remove the avocado from the rice bowl. They have every other customization option available, but not that one. Sometimes, due to the heat of the food, the avocado becomes too mushy for me to take out afterward, and I end up having to discard most o... View all feedback.
What The need For speed dislikes about Don Pollo:
The food is great service is also great but ************ the amount of reggaeton played here is obnoxious and also not kid-friendly sometimes I ask myself if I'm eating or at the night club all that's needed are some disco lights a dance floor and maybe a drink but it's so annoying and that's coming from someone that listens to reggaeton View all feedback.
I had the Chop Chop. It had good flavor but the chicken meat and the rice and beans were tepid, but the salad part was fresh, cold, and crisp.
I ordered half a chicken with yuca and plantains. The service was excellent, and the food was served quickly. Both the chicken and the sides were delicious!
Absolutely delicious! The cashier was incredibly friendly and helpful. I usually don't tip cashiers, but I felt compelled to and did. I can't wait to come back regularly!

Since I was turned on to Don Pollo I have been a regular. Been to a couple of locations, and they're all good. Food is fresh and tasty. Staff has always been friendly and efficient.
