Arrived during the lunch break. the line was huge, but we have up to 5 minutes. the order lasted 30 seconds. it was crazy.
The food at this restaurant is not enjoyable, and many people in the area agree that the quality is lacking. The rice is consistently either undercooked or overcooked.
Moving out of our house I made a big order of 9 to feed everyone. Being pregnant and the last person to get my food out of the large box I begin eating and the rice, which literally makes up the burritos and burrito bowl contents is hard and crunchy to the point you can still see the white down the rice indicating it?s not cooked. I called to speak to the manager and explained which order it was, she alnowlefged the large order and when I explained to her that they did not come the rice she responded ?yes we are? and hung up the phone. This is the trashiest behavior, service and waste of money and I?m sure as a person she would expect better service and response to lack thereof of the roles were reversed. Disgusting and the owner should pay better attention the the people they put in charge and quality of food being served.
I ordered two steak burritos. The steak was bland. The burrito was very soggy. I got a side of guacamole that was brown and looked like it needed to be thrown away. Just because I order your food online doesn't mean to give me items that are close tothe expiration date. I feel a little sick after only having a couple of bites of the food. Waste of $30. I will not bereturning.
