I had the worst experience ever. We placed an order and received a notification that it had been left at our door, but it wasn't there. We searched the entire neighborhood to find no trace of our order. We tried messaging the driver but received no response. Far less crowded than others, one that is closer to home is felt. service well, as always.
This is one of the BEST Chick-fil-A location in Maryland. It's so clean and all employees are awesome, Manager Mallika she's great Young lady that treat people with respect and dignity.
Avoid this location, Unfortunately this particular chick-fil-a has gone downhill. From completely forgetting your curbside order to entirely leaving out items in your order.. it is headache inducing. Make the drive to a different location save yourself and your money.
I went today and we got our food and everything then we see we wanted some Sauce and well one of the cleaning staff came and up to us and said oh sorry what did you need and we said oh we just forgot some sauce and he offered to grab us it and refill out cups or anything while still doing his job and honestly I just find that very good and if chick-fil-A see this his name was Manuel very kind and very hard worker
This place always messes up mobile orders. I usually go place orders on the app and the past few times they've always forgotten something. In addition, the waffle fries are soggy. I don't understand how they can't complete orders properly and just include everything that is paid for.
