Cava - Gaithersburg

The dressing has become too watery, almost like a soup. The way it's being prepared is far too rushed, especially at this time. It feels like there's always a sense of urgency.

This place is fantastic! It’s spacious inside and the staff is super friendly. We placed both personal and mobile orders, and everything went smoothly. There are plenty of options to mix and match, allowing you to try something new each time. The food is fresh and flavorful, with generous portions—especially when you add extra toppings. There are a lot of seating options both indoors and outdoors, and they also have some great drink selections.

This Kava experience was a nightmare. The majority of the staff were quite rude and appeared to be unhappy. The pricing is questionable as well! I ordered the same item twice, but was charged differently both times. I didn’t notice the price when I paid, so I was unaware that I was charged more than before. I lack the energy to confront her about it. They didn’t provide a receipt or even ask if I wanted one.

Ordered a falafel and roasted veg and a spicy lamb balls. It's delicious. Ready for timely pickup. Two thumbs up!

Food is good here. And the app is nice if you time it right . To not have to wait to pick up your food.
