Y H G T B K M.....0.6 stars is too high of a rating. I had the single worst hamburger joint dining experience ever this evening. In order: FIRST the screen ordering system told us to select a table identifier so that our food could be delivered to our table there were none around. We dug around, explored and picked up a hidden from customer view 25 NEXT having ordered a cheeseburger and a fry and cry, we sat down. We waited....and waited....and waited. 20+ minutes went by. NEXT During this time? I went up to condiments to get some ketchup for my forthcoming fries and O rings. Ketchup dispenser was empty. NEXT my wife stated I think I see your order , sitting on the shelf/ledge between cooking area and front counter. It sat, and sat, and sat.....getting colder and colder. The lone counter staffer chose to stay tied up making shakes rather than delivering what was once hot food. NEXT I finally went up, got his attention as he was about to deliver a couple shakes, pointed to the ledge w/ food orders, and asked is that order 25, for Ron? He ck 'ed, it was...and he handed it to me. Progress. NEXT the food looked appealing hallelujah! Alas looks can be deceiving The food was T e r r i b l e. The two patties in my burger were both overcooked and dry as can be. Plus, cold. The big, delicious looking O rings were, unfortunately, worse. They had the overpowering taste of stale deep fryer oil. We both had but a single bite (we LOVE O rings) and were done with them. The fries were actually average, but smelling them? The same stale, overused oil situation. I don 't write bad reviews, I only like to applaud businesses for their products and services. But our Wed.evening experience left me no choice. Never again will we set foot in Burger Fi Rio. Yecch. $21 wasted. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
