The line is always wrapped around the block, so I finally decided to give this place a try. I typically don't write reviews, but I've been to this Zaxby's three times since it's the closest one to my home. Unfortunately, each visit has been disappointing. The food is consistently either undercooked or overcooked.
The food was quite disappointing. The chicken strips were dry, and they didn't provide the sauces I requested. The line wrapped around the building, and I ended up waiting nearly 25 minutes for subpar food. I definitely won't be returning.
This place is trash the girl at the window was rude made us wait for 25 min and still didn't get no ranch and zaxbys sauce with all of my orders thus place is trash didn't even want to leave a star but I have to to leave review q
They ran out of large cups. Something you should never do. But, the peach sweet tea was delicious.
I ordered from the store on Thompson Bridge Rd. via DoorDash on Tuesday, August 29, around 7:30 PM. When my order was delivered, one of the items was missing. I called the store, but I was informed that the manager had already left for the day. The person who answered the phone was unhelpful and did not assist me at all. Additionally, DoorDash now has a policy that doesn't allow for credits, refunds, or redeliveries for missing items.
