After already waiting 40 minutes I was a bit annoyed but The manager on duty with the nice blue eyes and calmaccent was so helpful! Best customer service I received in a long time in this area. most places give you a hard time aboutcollecting food orders he wasted no time correcting food orders or act as if they are inconvenienced. Even with a busy lobby andthe phones ringing he corrected the order, added a Wing or too and genuinely apologized for the mix up you. I will definitely behere again whenever I am working in the area. -Tyra

Their average time from order place... read more Wingstop in Gainesville is my ?go to? wing restaurant. I probably order for carry out once a week and they never disappoint. Their average time from order placed to ready is 8-13 minutes and usually on the low end. The wings are always hot and the crew is always friendly. Customer service is great! I?ve been a resident of Gainesville for five years and this location continues to improve. I can?t recommend them enough.

They either make it too buttery or... read more I absolutely love this place!!! I can only handle extra mild, and none of the other restaurants in town seem to get it right. They either make it too buttery or way too spicy. But this restaurant nailed it. I enjoyed my meal so much! I'm really pleased I decided to stop by. I'll definitely be coming back.
