we ordered the rinderpho (32 oz) and a pork mi. both were far better than other restaurants we visited in Gainesville. the broth was tasty (many places can be sweet,) the sweet were plentiful and crisp, and the meat for the railway mi was well marinated and had a delicious bite of char aroma. the baguette was also well roasted and soft. we also had a Thai ice cream and Vietnamese coffee both good and the coffee bette... I would describe the Vietnamese food here as excellent. The pho is not greasy; they take the time to prepare it properly. You can choose from rare beef, meatballs, or chicken, all served with fresh vegetables. I highly recommend trying their Vietnamese sandwich—it’s a real treat. Their bun dishes are also very good. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the quality of their food.
This restaurant is fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly, the ingredients are fresh and of high quality, and the service is speedy. Plus, it has a wonderful new location. It's one of my favorite spots in Gainesville. Be sure to try the pho, bun, or pad thai—you won't regret it!
I received a lot of food for the price I paid. The Chicken Pad Thai with homemade spicy sauce was fantastic. I plan to try more menu items in the coming weeks. This place definitely deserves a 5-star rating from me!
Easily my new favorite spot in town. Always great portions, delicious, and an attentive friendly staff. Recommending to everyone I know. Go. Now.
