Good Gelato. The aromas are really good and actually taste as the aromas are. The place is a nice cozy home sown in downtown Gainesville. It is a very cozy place where the staff are friendly and friendly for new arrivals. Definitely worth a try if you are in the mood for a sweet treat.

The Gelato Company has become a downtown Gainesville fixture. It offers homemade well sourced fresh deserts at reasonable prices. As well, it has snack and light fare savory options.

Obviously you should come here for the gelato. They always have interesting flavors and even let you suggest new ones. The place is very cute and hipster. They also have crepes! Overall, great place to get dessert but it is not cheap the atmosphere is worth it though.

I eat at the Gelato Company very often as it is close to the UF campus. It is a good place to go for take out or a quick meal. You stand and order your food at the counter and then the server brings it to you when it is ready. The service is very good as all the waiters are accommodating and know the menu well to help you decide. Last week when I was in there the waiters did more than just take my order, they actually talked to me to get to know me. Customers enjoy this as they know that the company doesn't just want to serve you food, but get to know its customers. The meals are delicious and they accommodate any special requests, such as wheat bread instead of white bread. I highly recommend this restaurant for a quick meal or a nice sit down experience.

Owner has a wonderful personality. they offer a wide range of different from the normal options. everything is made too home and he really loves what he does. the gelato was amazing and her tomaten bisque suppe had to be the best we cost in florida. highly recommended.
