She offered to either delay my or... read more Today, I placed an online order for a steak and cheese sandwich, but the manager called to let me know they were out of steak. She offered to either delay my order or provide a refund, but I decided to substitute the meat instead. While I didn't get the sandwich I initially wanted, I was genuinely impressed by the outstanding service, the friendly demeanor, and the bonus cookie! You really brightened my day! My son also wants to thank you for the cookie! The sandwich I ended up with was fantastic too. The manager is truly wonderful!
