Sonic Drive-in - Gainesville

First guy just disappeared, second lady had us repeat order, the receipt had it right but they got the blast wrong and the fries were terrible. However, they gave us new fries and the m&ms weren't as good as Reese's but they were fine all the same. Consistent food, consistent service. I like staying in my car so it works for me

The food here is incredible, and their slushies are out of this world. However, I often find that my order gets mixed up when I use the drive-thru, and they frequently forget something. The staff is always very polite, which is a big plus. Overall, the food, slushies, and customer service are fantastic, but the lack of accuracy is the only thing preventing this Sonic from earning a perfect 5 out of 5 stars.

I quickly became hooked! My husband was completely satisfied, which may not mean much to you, but it was a big deal for me! I would definitely recommend this place, but I suggest being very clear about what you want and don't want on your sandwich. Unfortunately, they've gained a reputation for unexpected additions or omissions in their meals. In other words, consistency in preparation isn't their strong point. Thankfully, they excel at making delicious burgers, and those cinnamon desserts are dangerously tasty!

The staff was very friendly. They did make a mistake with my son's burger, but they resolved the issue quickly and professionally. However, the three kids' drinks had fruit punch spilled on the outside of the cups, which should have been an easy fix before they brought them out to us. Instead, they handed me the drinks in that condition. Overall, the food was good, and for a group of young adults, they did a great job. Just a reminder for next time: please remember to wipe off the cups, as that red liquid stains everything it touches!
