Mcdonald's - Gainesville

I have visited this McDonald's 3 Saturdays in a row and no orange juice. I asked why, I was told the employees keep breaking the machine.... Get your friggin orange juice machine fixed PLEASE... Also my chicken biscuit was dry and hard my last visit. All the other times is was freshly cooked. Please do better.

Sucked.. lousy service wouldn't wait on us in the drive thru. Husband went I side and they were equally bad inside. We were only looking two buy 2 large Cokes. No stars rating but app makes me atleast give one.

In many places. I came between 12:30 and 1:00 to demand an order by the 24 hours drive-thru to say that they only serve chicken nugget meals. for several other locations. I'm guessing that doordash or order is eating and denied the service. if the franchise owner is aware of this practice, it is extremely bad for a 24-hour drive to implement these rules.

Mcdonalds I've ever visited. I asked for a sweet tee they didn't give me. I go back through the drive to wait 10 minutes and have to make another lap for the 3rd juli to get a drink. they added liquid sugar right in front of me and touched him with my stray I was disgusted

Food is never consistent. Occasionally the fries are hot, crispy and delicious but most of the time the fries are lukewarm, soggy and limp like they haven 't been cooked for enough time and they 've been sitting for a while.This location seems to make up their own rules, sometimes the dining room is open and sometimes it 's closed. I drove there after working all Sunday and found a note saying they had closed completely at 5pm!!! Not even a drive thru. And yet they never have these problems at the Burger King just the next road over. The McDonald 's associates at this location are lazy and have an attitude towards the customers.
