How can you totally mess up a order? Asked for sweet tea got unsweet. Asked for potatoes and gravy got fries. Ask for original got spicy.
Prices are high, fries stink they need to bring back wedges and honey bbq wings. Hate the drink selection and drive thru
This place has went down hill, not worth eating there. The chicken was dry and tasted old, one of my sides was 1/4 way full. If Colonel Sanders knew what I was served he would roll over in his Grave. Also the Guy at the drive thru window, HE was Rude andMean. Will not be returning to this location no more. O I left out one thing, the chicken was so greasy, the grease was drippingoff the Chicken. Another unhappy coustmer.
This is the best customer service in fast food! I eat at the Gainesville, GA location aprox 1x per week. I always get the best customer service and the Spicy Chicken sandwich is the best Have tried other chain chicken sandwich) Thank you for greatcustomer service....it is becoming extremely rare!!
I ordered two original recipe thighs, seasoned green beans, a biscuit, and a medium Coke for $7.26, which I think is a great deal. I really liked the double-battered chicken; it was quite enjoyable. The green beans and biscuit were tasty as well.
