I absolutely love this place! I went for the second time last night to see the Rocky Horror Picture Show, and it was fantastic! The atmosphere is filled with great energy, and everyone appeared to be having a wonderful time. I just wish there were more parking spots available; we had to leave a bit early because of our parking meter.
Absolutely fantastic! The vibrant atmosphere is perfect for heavy metal and rock enthusiasts, with amazing loud music to enjoy. The venue features a bar that serves drinks only, and the bathrooms are clean, making for a comfortable experience. There's also plenty of seating available. I give it a 5 out of 5!
This venue has been a launching pad for many bands in Gainesville for years. They host a variety of exciting live events.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! I would give it five stars, but it felt like the bartenders were encouraging me to order alcohol instead of water. I understand they want to make money, but I already had a $40 bar tab and needed to drive home. I really wish there were water coolers available so customers could fill their own cups, which would help reduce the lines at the bar after they got their initial drink. I'll definitely return, probably with a camelback because, wow, it gets really hot in there, but it’s totally worth it!

The restaurant has a solid atmosphere with excellent acoustics and is the perfect size for a live performance. I have been visiting High Dive for several years and have never been disappointed.
Cons: The staff at the door seemed a bit unfriendly.
This restaurant is a great place to dine, however, be cautious if you prefer a room with air conditioning and prompt service from the bartenders.
