I got their coffee everything else is not much to talk about that used to have the best donuts now I can go to the supermarket and get better donuts they really need to rethink their strategy if they intend on staying afloat in today's economy. Very dirty store. I got mystery detritus in my drink and had to have it remade. I hope with the state of the store that it was food scraps and not something more sinister. View all feedback.
The store is small about 2 to 3 workers at a time but the employees are very friendly.
10/10 This is the best dunkin in Gainesville. I lost my voice and they made sure to make me an amazing tea with honey! I mean above and beyond customer service and care! And that's just one example. Very genuine people.

Great staff on the morning of 1/23/2023. Only negative is how very small it is.
