**Restaurant Review: Dunkin' at 504 Queen City Parkway, Gainesville, GA**
Dunkin' at Queen City Parkway struggles with consistency and customer satisfaction, leaving many patrons disappointed. Common complaints include poorly prepared drinks that taste off, incorrect orders, and a lack of attention from staff. Reports indicate that customer service varies drastically, with encounters ranging from acceptable to confrontational. Frustratingly, some customers noted locked doors during business hours and a refusal to accommodate patrons seeking to enter. The drive-thru claims to be open 24 hours, but that's not true. I was really looking forward to getting some donuts and I'm quite disappointed. I'm feeling really upset; I might just cry.
Great people excellent service it's my new place to eat in the morning love the pancake sausage wraps ?
I visited the location at 504 Queen City Parkway, Gainesville, GA 30501, and it was by far the most disappointing experience I've ever had at any business. Today, I encountered a noticeable lack of attention, customer service, and pride from three team members. To start, the person who took our order seemed distracted and did not take it correctly. This already set the tone for the rest of the experience. Then, the individual preparing our drinks failed to call out our order correctly. We ordered iced drinks, but what we received were hot drinks, resulting in an unusually long wait. The most frustrating part was when a staff member named James was called in to address the situation. He was rude and dismissive, unwilling to consider our perspective on what needed to be corrected. He accused us of trying to avoid payment, but even after that, he still didn’t listen and provided us with the wrong order again, which we ultimately requested a refund for. As consumers, we understand that finding dedicated staff is challenging, and even more so to retain good employees. However, I believe James, especially if he is in a leadership position, needs to learn the basics of customer service, active listening, and understanding.
One of the worst Dunkin' locations I've been to! My iced coffee consistently tastes like cough syrup here, even though it’s fine at other places. They also often get my orders wrong, forcing me to drive back. The customer service is hit or miss; some days it's acceptable, while other days it's terrible.
Doors are locked mid-day. No hours of operation posted. Not a serious business.———Gave them another chance today 2/14 at my wife’s insistence. Busy but moving, and doors open! They gave me the wrong order. I waited for a while in their very poorly designed drive through and it was not worth the headache. I went to the Dunkin on Green St instead, no problems. I won’t be coming back to this location.
