I visit this location almost every morning! I have a complex order that I place through the app. There are certain customization options on the app that I can't select, but the staff at this location always ensure that my order is spot on every time! I ordered a coffee at this restaurant. It seems to be run by only one person at the moment. The donuts were a bit stale and the munchkins were not worth the time in my opinion. The drive-thru is like a maze and it's unclear whether they will find your order. Good luck.

It’s a decent Dunkin’ Donuts. One of the employees for some reason felt like he was rushing us to finish ordering at the counter as if the store and drive thru was packed even though we were the only people in the location but other than that it’s good. The donuts taste good. Also this isn’t the fault of the store, but don’t expect to use your phone if you have T-Mobile. There is absolutely no cell service and the stores Wi-Fi barely works.

I appreciate the consistency of customer service at this location (in front of Walmart on 13th heading toward Alachua). It doesn't matter who takes your order, gives you the order, or is making your order they give you great service!I hope this location continues to value their employees (bc this shows in attitude) and gets passed on to costumers. This is how you run a successful business in this day and age.
