We just got food from this location. me and my husband are on our honeymoon here from florida. this was our first time getting cook out, and let me tell you… nothing short of amazing. friendly staff, great food and amazing value! thank you for a great experience!

Food is always consistent. But sometimes this drive thru is hit or miss as far as timing. Sometimes drive thru is fast, or sometimes takes 15-20 min minimum sitting there waiting to move. Worse on the weekends in my experience. Staff usually friendly, but need to learn to ask a car to move forward and let others go thruCookout is not alone in this. I dont know what is wrong with this city, but fast and accurate service is not a priority. And yet its so easy to do. Been there, dont that

It's not only that the place had the typical less than stellar upkeep of most fast food places.I was wondering if this place had been taken over by some people who somehow were able to keep the corporate name?I mean really how do you set yourself apart with some oreider fries covered in some melted cheese, no different than I could make at home watching Netflix.But the biggest kicker was ordering what I thought was a Doritos taco and getting a vending machine size bag of Doritos with some taco filling thrown inside then tape shut with Scotch tape?Is that even legal?Would have been nice if anything was surprisingly tasty but it was just average nothing was bad but nothing would make me come back either.

The meal itself was quite good! The chicken nuggets were excellent, while the fries were a bit cold and lacked salt. The burger was decent as well. I plan to return, hoping for a better experience next time. My daughter mentioned that she loves this place, so we’ll definitely go back!
