This chipotle is terrible. I?d rather go to the one in Manassas than this one in Gainesville. Last time I went they were out of multiple items I usually get on my bowl. They gave me like 5 pieces of steak and the guacamole had huge chunks of hard avocadoin it. We were going to order a side of guacamole but once they put it on our bowls and we saw it wasn?t mixed well we passed onthe guacamole. Does anybody care that this chipotle continues to deteriorate and is getting terrible reviews? Management needsto be notified and make changes quickly!

Hello, If had option 0, I would give 0 rating. I love chipotle but I had VERY worst customer service today.We went to eat at this location on 11/20/22 at 8:14 PM. First, the cashier laughed when my husband asked for bowl to eat burrito. Then, werequested the burrito to cut into half so we could share and eat. The staff name Maria told us ?there is knife and you can cutby yourself?. I respect her job and went to get knife but there were none knife. I went back to her and requested plastic knife.The staff Maria was, ?we do not have knife. We out of stock?. The staffs didn?t put an effort to look inside or offer us to cutthe burrito with other knife. If they do not have knife, how they would cut their veggies? I used to work in chipotle long timeago. I remember we used to cut burrito into half with the knife when we made burrito. The store was very messy and none of thetable was clean. The store was not even busy at the time. You can check on camera in store. I didn?t even eat burrito and gaveback to staff Maria. She didn?t even apologize nor she offered refund for my payment. This is how you to treat your regularPREGNANT customer?Will never go to that store again!!

My wife and I recently moved to the Gainesville area, and we have already been to Chipotle three times. Overall, I can say that we have had a positive experience at this location.

It appears that this Chipotle struggles with management or insufficient support. The staff consistently seem to be in a poor mood, which I can understand given my own experience in the food industry. Unfortunately, every time I dine here, it's a disappointing experience. Pickup orders are often 25 minutes late, even during less busy times, and my items are frequently incorrect or missing. I hope this Chipotle improves in the future.

I've tried to give Chipotle multiple chances, but each time I've been disappointed. I won't be coming back. After my recent surgery, I stopped in for a quick meal to take home. When I was at the register, it was so loud that I couldn't hear the total clearly, but it sounded like around $14. I paid, only to discover on my receipt that I was charged $41 for someone else's order, which included many extras. When I raised this issue with the staff, they told me the manager was unavailable and that I would need to return later. Unfortunately, I can't just come back whenever. I made several attempts to call the store to ensure someone would be there to assist me, but no one ever answered; the phone just rang and went to a full voicemail. At this point, I've given up on trying to get my money back. Chipotle, if you want to keep your customers, you need to do better. This experience was really frustrating and poorly managed. I appreciate the hard work that the service industry does every day, but there were enough staff present who could have answered the phone.
