Chick-fil-a - Feedback

They are nice and the food is good but I wish they would act real instead of like bots

Food took forever to get and when received cold and for some reason my bun on the bacon grill club was falling apart.

Went through the drive thru, left off 2 orders of fries and had to go and wait in the drive thru to get my fries. Noone could bring them out to me.
