We were part of a group of 30+ that had reserved a room. There was one server for the group. Our orders were taken around 7:30. Food did not begin arriving until after 8:30. Then it arrived in parts. My husband got his entrée with no sides. My food didn’t arrive until 9 and it was cold. Also only a few people were given silverware. At 9:30 many people still hadn’t receive any food. We were part of a group of over 30 people who had reserved a private room. Unfortunately, there was only one server assigned to our group. Our orders were taken around 7:30 PM, but the food didn't start arriving until after 8:30 PM, and even then it came out in parts. My husband received his entrée without any sides, while my meal didn't arrive until 9:00 PM and was cold. Additionally, only a few guests were given silverware. By 9:30 PM, many in our group still hadn’t received any food. To be fair, the server was friendly, but clearly overwhelmed. Given our previous experience, it’s not surprising that things went this way; we stopped dining here about two years ago due to poor service.
