Baskin-robbins - Gainesville

Long-running line, but good food/drink product. plentiful seating at this place, as it is a community building. there is an outdoor walking window that was an interesting function that I have never seen at a dd.

This place sucks. visiting Gainesville with family and this place closes at 9. we drove 20 mins for ice cream because we love baskin robbins only to b told that this guy closes the ice cream part down an hour before closing. we were there 5 mins after 8. been to many baskin robbins and none do this. when asked to talk to manager was told hell he here at some point tomorrow. well were leaving tomorrow morning so i cant do that. very very unhappy with this right now.

The pros of this Dunkin are its proximity to my office. Other than that I have gone and had a decent experience or bad experience. It's roulette. This most recent time I went was OK. I got an iced coffee with skim milk. They put a little too much ice in previous times and I asked for light ice. I still got a glassful of ice so I'm thinking they don't care. I ordered the sausage egg and cheese croissant and it was OK. There is nothing special about it. I come here for convenience and also remind myself that if something goes wrong it's my fault. Also, I have learned to not get the almond milk because it can get a little funky and have a bitter taste to your coffee.

The only thing really going for this Dunkin Donuts is its proximity to campus; you can literally walk here from campus and make it back before your next class. However, it is smaller than typical stores, so they do not serve the full menu. My biggest issue with this store is it's inconsistency. Sometimes, the workers take my order and make my drink within two minutes, but other times it takes around ten minutes, even if there is no line. Moreover, I always order their iced coffee with hazelnut; sometimes the drink is well mixed, but other times, there's spoons of sugar sitting at the bottom of the drink. Also, the workers never seem to speak to their customers much, even if you're being very respectful and kind. There is another Dunkin Donuts just a two minute walk from this location, and if you prioritize better service, you might as well make the extra distance.

VERY DISAPPOINTED I wanted a layered sundae and he said the manager didn 't order enough material for it. So i asked for a WARM cookie sandwich and I wanted 2 Macadamia nut cookies. He told me the manager didn 't order those either. 😡REALLY😡)Then I get my order and my WARM cookies were COLD AND HARD 😡 And my picture is not a cookie sandwich. I was going to get a refund but he said the Computers were down VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!
