KFC - Gainesville

I'll come here every couple of weeks to get food for others. Always polite and helpful staff. Can't talk to the quality of food personally, but since I'm always sent back, I think it's pretty good.

We ordered an eight-part meal here today with two sides. Everything was good. Four vehicles in front of us, and we spent less than seven minutes from the time the order was placed on the base until it passed it through the window. I don't see the problems that people keep telling. The food was good and the service was good. What else do you want?

On Saturday at 12 noon for lunch, which is typical at this point. After about 30/45 seconds of looking at the board tried to decide what we wanted. Friendly and attentive staff for the most part. Food was hot, fresh and tasteful! Pretty happy with the experience, just reason not a 5 star was because the pickup counter and floor around the soda machine was sticky out of a few spilled drinks. Customer service was very good overall as we were guests and observed that other customers are being looked after.

In my experience the service was fast and personnel were pleasant and friendlyHOWEVER, the quality of chicken pieces (grilled) was not good.

If you are seriously set on eating KFC and you go to this location, my advice is to just quickly go through the drive thru, keep your expectations low, and
