Les Ganivelles - Gaillac

Sunday excellent lunch, very friendly team and good advice. small room full but very discreet customers.

I came by chance after seeing a customer nearby. the restaurant is located on the main road, but does not have parking nearby. On the other hand, it is worth taking a few steps to get more stuff in the stomach. fish is the local specialty, but you can also get other dishes. the restaurant is very nice and the owner is a very pleasant person even if it is not so expanded. in the week at lunch, offers menu at tourist price. at dinner or on weekends prices are a little higher but adequate to the quality of food and the quality of the room.

We had a great lunch for four in Gaillac after a morning in Albi. The service and food were excellent with great recommendations from the hostess for meal and wince selections. Portions were perfect and the taste was lovely. A wonderful experience and highly recommended. (Was unable to pay by credit card because of a malfunction which might be a common problem from the discussion surrounding it.

Such a welcome addition to the Gaillac restaurant theme. Not the best location but well worth taking the trouble to find it. Great selection of fresh fish with interesting entrees and main courses. Nice wine menu too. Friendly service and well prepared food at reasonable prices. Nice!
