What User doesn't like about Max Erma's:
Typically have great experiences with all Max Erma's but this trip was not. My husband ordered the garbage burger medium well, it was more rare than anything! They did comp the meal and offer a replacement but we had already waited 45 minutes for the first one. We didn't have enough time to wait for another! This was at 3 in the afternoon so they were not busy. Very disappointed this time! View all feedback.

Great service and food. Burgers were great. Try the fried pickles and chocolate chip cookies, delicious!

He was waiting for a seat for 45 minutes and even though there were booths and we told them several times, we could fit into the cabins they had us waiting for. after a family sat our size, but came after us, we left. I spoke to the manager James Moore and my family and I were invited to give Max and Erma another chance. First, I need to know how wonderful a person James was on the phone and personally. He told me why we waited so long because the responsible girl was in training and it was literally her first day. Now to the restaurant I was very happy with the overall experience. The food was wonderful, delicious and filling. Our waitress Kaitlyn was very friendly and checked us several times to make sure everything was our expectations. The tables were clean and the toilets. I was particularly impressed by the Cheese Skewers and their cheesecake!! Will definitely try again, more items on their menu. Most importantly, I am glad that Max and Erma were willing to correct my previous bad experience I had with them and I am happy to come back!

Eating was fantastic and our server was great. My wife and I will definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful food experience. 9/30/2019 I have eaten with you again today at noon and must say very disappointed. The food was good, I finished my sandwich before my fraudulent baconries came out and when I said I finished my sandwich, it was 8 minutes away before I got my frits. Sandwich was dry and we order a bowl of French onion soup and a bowl of tortilla soup we have two bowls of French onion and no tortilla soup. My wife tried to say something to our waitress and was ignored. I had to ask for a replenishment after I waited for 6 minutes to even get out. Our server was Camisha Table 53/1. If I could evaluate her service 0-10, she would get a .5 and I hate to do that or say that, but damn it.
