Konditori Lido - Gaevle

Probably the most beautiful café in Gävle. I rarely give 4 stars, but after a visit this café is worth several times. The place has an atmosphere of the old Swedish Konditori from before 1970 's, the interior design, the selection of colors, furniture, mixed with old traditional cookies and cakes have stolen my heart. They offer both traditional Swedish cookies and cakes as well as modern variants. I've only tried a fraction of their offer so far, but it was my expectations. It shows that the staff loves to work there, happy smiles and good service. Even if you are looking for an old café, this is the place to go.

Hello. This place is very nice for me. Coffee with a piece of sweet tasting cake gives you clarity of mind, makes you think about useful things, and gives you positive energy when you are alone. Fantastic cozy pastry shop with extensive options from pastries as well as a smaller selection of sandwiches and even good coffee! Everything was tasteful! There are places and some parking spaces outside. On the negatives the decor definitely needs renovation, but otherwise excellent place.

This charming café located in the south of Gävle offers a retro style and features a jukebox. We spent nearly four hours enjoying ourselves in this cozy café. The coffee was excellent and the staff provided great service.
