However, I... read more I visited DRIFT on Canada Day around midday and tried their brunch menu, ordering The Hipster with bacon. The service was outstanding with no issues. However, I anticipated a flawless 10/10 meal from DRIFT, but it didn’t quite hit the mark. The bacon was too tough, the eggs weren’t as soft as I had asked, and overall, the quality didn’t live up to my expectations for one of the city’s top restaurants. I left feeling a bit disappointed.
