This has to be the slowest sonic in alabama. It's like this every night I have a order to pick up. Supposed to have picked it up at 11:14...its 11:19 and there are 5 vehicles in front of me.I was asked to move from a stall to the long drive thru line to pick up the order.Wow! SmhSTILL SITTING HERE AT 11:41 WITH 3 CARS STILL IN FRONT OF ME. MY ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN DELIVERED BY 11:32. View all feedback.
The wait time is absolutely ridiculous and then made it all the way home and had the wrong food!!! Customer service is awful!!!
3-14-2024 47 minute wait for a slushie and 5 cheese sticks! Hope your not in a hurry if you want to eat here!
