I have to give this manager here all 5 stars, I went thru the ride thru and as with Jacks have a special order that does not make a problem for the simplest child that I ordered with chocolate shake at 70 percent and adds 30 percent strawberry well made She then said NO go into wanting to know why a customer was not for any reason that the two small letters can be fired ya in a second, but the MOD good to know that View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I usually choose McDonalds because the food is always hot. We waited 15 minutes and our food wasn't hot. The frits lubricated as if they had been cooked twice and were still cold. We ate at the Glencoe and it was our last time safe View all feedback.
Great staff and always clean. Eating is always great. They always have super fast service and the food is always hot and cooked perfectly. Best McDonald's in Etowah County.

Jacob took our order. He had a smile as soon as he walked up to the register. He was extremely professional, personality plus, and brought our order out to us. Our food was perfect. Fries were hot and fresh. We need more friendly people like Jacob working fast food. PLEASE let him know he's doing a great job. He is an asset to this location. I asked his name, so I could include it in my review.
