What Raymond Rowe doesn't like about Burger King:
Our order was not correct when my husband got it home. When I called to tell them, they were very rude and said I was mistaken on what he ordered. The manager got on the phone and slso said another order that was not what he ordered. She was rude and talking over me. This is not the first time items have been left out. Just upsetting to be talked to that way. View all feedback.

Used the BK App to order my food and paid for it in the app also. The food was prepared to my specifications from the app and the order taker in the drive thru was courteous and prompt in confirming my order and giving me a receipt and then I had a slight wait to get to the second window to get my food both workers in the second window were just a little disorganized and slow
The drive thru service was great. Order placed, food fresh, hot, and price on point. Thank you for the service. Many Blessings to the night crew.
The food was good. I ordered the impossible whopper hero 2/$6... the bread was soft snd fresh and the topings were just as fresh..however I put a 3 becasue of the wait in line at the drive thru.... why has it been taking so long? Ice driven off multiple of times but I guess I was determined to have my impossible whopper.. if I wa able to go to any other restaurant I would've but I don't eat beef and BBK is the ONLY restaurant in my area that's sells plant based alternative burgers......
Slow service for fast food. Drink machine was broken could only get tea or diet cola. Staff was overwhelmed and lots of customers left they didn't want to wait.
