Prices not moderate, good food, not abundant, enchanting location with a breathtaking view

The place is lovely, with this particular atmosphere and background music that allows quietly to talk. The menu for eating is a few dishes, but special and refined. We were 2 couples and we ate 2 appetizers, paella and fish momo. We loved everything. We were greeted very well by the staff and were very kind. The price paid was adequate to place and food. We'll be back.

We had high aspirations for this establishment. The location was lovely, the waiter friendly and the meal was good. What happened afterwards not only ruined the entire experience but I would not return there or recommend it to anyone else. There are no menus used at this place so you have no idea of prices. There is nothing chic about not giving full information to your patrons. However even putting that aside, we got our bill which seemed quite high. The cashier didn’t review what we had before asking for the amount so we assumed it was correct. After leaving the restaurant we saw the receipt which showed they had charged us for extra things we did not order. The next morning I called the restaurant, explained politely and the waiter put me in touch with the owner. The owner left me a very rude voice message saying she did not have reason to believe me and basically there was no way they would even consider a refund. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism. No management skills whatsoever.
