Very good, but not exceptional. Food quality was good. Staff was more reserved than friendly, able but not warm. Having been to Bruegger's locations elsewhere (mostly in MN), I cannot say that this location was top of the line, but it was not bad, either. View all feedback.

I order out from this place when I order, all I can say is 1/10 times I order they decide not to make it. I don’t know if they are out of lox or bagels(of which no functional bagel place should be without
They actually boil their bagels, yall! Only place like this for many miles. Highly recommend!

This is so sad i could’ve used my $10 on an actual meal
I walked in here 45 minutes ago, ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, they had dozens of plain bagels ready, and I still haven’t gotten my bagel. Workers are turning away people who walk in telling them it’ll be a 45 minute wait on orders currently. I’ve worked in food service and I understand that things happen but there is no reason for it to take 3 people 45 minutes to spread cream cheese on a bagel.
