I visited the restaurant at 10:42pm on May 7, 2024. Unfortunately, no one answered the intercom at the drive-thru. I thought they may have closed early or that Google had the wrong hours. However, when I drove around the building, I witnessed a girl hiding behind the counter inside. It was quite unexpected to see an employee hiding from a customer during business hours. I went to the counter to place my order and was asked to wait for a minute. However, no one came back to take our order, so we decided to go through the drive-thru instead. When we placed our order and went to pay, we accidentally ended up paying for someone else's order. The employee at the window was very impolite and rolled her eyes at us. Another woman had to come to the window to refund our card. Despite paying for our order, we did not receive the correct receipt. When we got our food, we realized that items were missing. I had specifically ordered a Reese's Sonic Blast with whipped topping, but instead got a cup of vanilla ice cream. In general, the service was rude and disrespectful.
