Was Anonym at Mint Rd a mag?
Decided to meet here for a quick meeting over lunch. Great spot for free parking and hassle free lunch with friendly and efficient service. Black Mountain coffee is an additional bonus and the toasted focaccia was so fresh, if I had the room I would have ordered seconds! Top spot for convenience and quality in south Canberra. I shall be back! View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Mint Rd:
Disappointing that the staff have a rather off-handed attitude to the customers. Not really helpful and seem to realise that there is not much competition in the area. If it wasn't for the shade, I wouldn't go there. View all feedback.

We stopped for morning coffee and a snack. Coffee was OK, Friand was a bit stale. May have tasted better if it were warmed and served with yoghurt. We sat inside side by side because it was a bit chilly on an October morning at 9.30 outside. Girl was friendly and it was a a pleasant experience but we wanted to like it more than we did.
Had lunch; good service and great quality bacon and scrambled egg panini, then a very good almond croissant and cappuccino, good to sit outside, very limited inside sitting though!
Has tasty treats and baked goods but a very limited menu, the coffee is quite expensive and not a decent bang for your buck especially if getting take away. In the winter months sitting outside can be pleasant in the sun with the pillows and blankets to keep you toasty. Always lovely service and nice interior, however no seating inside.

I discovered this charming café while exploring the neighborhood. I got a takeout coffee, and as someone who is picky about coffee, I must say it was excellent. The coffee had the perfect strength and the service was great. The décor inside the café was very trendy. They also have a small but affordable menu for breakfast and lunch. I highly recommend this place.
I had been wanting to visit Mint Rd at the Narrabundah shops for a while, and finally had the chance one warm Saturday morning. It was evident that this is a popular spot with regular customers, as the staff were friendly and knew many customers by name. The cozy atmosphere of the small space gave it a welcoming, community feel. The breakfast menu was simple and straightforward, with no fancy dishes. I opted for the bacon and egg roll ($6.50) and a Noah's apple and peach juice ($4) - although there was no fresh juice available. My roll was served quickly and I was impressed with the quality.
Open on public holidays. Unlike many other establishments in Canberra who shut-up shop during any sort of Canberra holiday, these guys are nearly always open. We have noticed occasionally they don't open exactly at opening time, but the fact they open at all is very welcome.<br/ <br/ Quite good coffee, but can vary depending on who is making it.<br/ <br/ Their Raisin toast is very good.<br/ <br/ Plenty of carparks to dash in and get your coffee.
I recommend visiting this peaceful coffee shop. The coffee is delicious and the staff is friendly.
