I was initially hesitant to try the fish and chips at this restaurant because I have celiac disease, but I was delighted to find out that they have a separate fryer for all gluten-free items. They offer gluten-free fish and chips, gravy, curry sauce, and even cake! The batter on the fish was delicious. I also tried the curry sauce, which I hadn't had in 5 years, and it was all fantastic. I will definitely be returnin... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about St Annes Fish:
We recently dined at this restaurant over the bank holiday weekend. The fish we ordered was disappointing - it lacked flavor, was overly greasy, and the batter was thin and soggy, turning into mush. The chips were okay but could have been cooked for longer. As a supporter of local businesses, I hope to see improvements in the future. View all feedback.

It was a great Friday. The food was fantastic and the prices were very competitive. The service was excellent and very polite. We always make sure to visit this restaurant when we go to St. Anne. If we lived closer, we would go every week. Kudos to the owner. The food and customer experience are top-notch. I can't imagine finding a better restaurant within a 50-mile radius from where we live.
The food is usually superb here but boy do they know it, that is the only reason I can find for the absolutely disgusting service they offer. Been here quite a few times and EVERYTIME the service is borderline just **** rude! How dare you...take paying customers for granted this way! Tonight was the final straw, to be told by a very young girl that she wasn’t doing more batter just for us, you can have chips cos that’s all their is, despite the fact that they were closing the place 45 mins early!!! Even if they had said we have nothing left, anything, but being downright rude, I don’t think so, two good customers lost to your competitors I’m afraid….
Honestly some of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. The gravy too was delicious. Wish I lived locally I’d be there every week!
Lovely fresh cooked chips and haddock with nice non greasy batter. Mushy peas were amazing too, the nicest we have ever had. Nice friendly staff too. We will be back.
