Caffe Nero - Fylde
Caffe Nero
Description
Nero in Lytham offers decent parking and good service. The sandwiches and cappuccino were tasty, but the presence of dogs may bother some diners. While the lack of water bowls for dogs was disappointing, the cafe's friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere were highlights. Some customers feel the cafe could benefit from upgrades, but overall, it remains a nice spot for a relaxed meal or coffee. Enjoying outdoor seating, great service, and a clean environment, many guests appreciate the dog-friendly policy at this cafe. Overall, Nero in Lytham provides a positive dining experience for visitors.

A lovely visit after a long walk on a beautiful day. Friendly service great coffee and a mushroom toastie. The tables outside needed a wipe down , but it didn’t affect my enjoyment. Very dog friendly, Fudge enjoyed a puppycino
I was not acknowledged as I stood at the counter whilst one barrister prepared drinks for the one lady in front of me another was wafting about with bags of rubbish and stuff and the other was having a personal conversation in a animated excitable loud manner indeed I had to wait whilst she finished her chatter then she turned to me asking 'are you alright ' the retail no no in any establishment.....I was made to feel unwelcome invalidated and undervalued Time was when I used to visit most days as I love Nero drinks and always felt welcomed by the excellent manager and her team however she maybe is not aware of what is going on or perhaps she is on leave The giddy barrister did apologise when I protested at her discourteous behaviour however when I sat down to enjoy my drink she continued to chatter ABOVE the music the other team members were about their business just our resident chatterbox shrieking on inappropriately This was about 10.30 and there were 11 patrons all sitting away from the counter I shall send a companion to the counter if I choose to go again but I was so disappointed
I don’t like to be negative but this coffee shop needs some serious attention. My husband and I popped in at 7am on 28 April and there was one other person in the cafe. During the time it took us to drink our coffee only 2 people came to get takeaway coffees. My point is, it was very quiet. There were two members of staff on. Yet I had to wipe the table we chose to sit at as it was covered in crumbs, there were smears of pastry on the inside of the window and there was litter in the doorway and on the floor inside. Rather than attending to any cleaning, the two members of staff simply chatted behind the counter the whole time we were there. This coffee shop is dirty, the staff clearly don’t have any pride in their work and there doesn’t seem to be any ‘managing’ going on. I could go on… I don’t even want to start on the bathrooms
Just another Caffe Nero. Popular with dogs, but why do the staff not clear the tables promptly? Its the same at many other branches.
