Looked for a place for coffee, small place. ordered some desserts with my drink. not a bad location.
The mustard coloured settee was filthy under the cushions. Staff kept the service area clean but did neglect this.
The baristas are good but too few staff. Huge queue in the morning rush and only 1 person serving whilst the other staff member dealing with admin. Then she started to make orders for people who'd ordered online when lots of people stood in the queue waiting. 15 minutes to get an espresso hopeless. The cafe is clean but the toilets appalling dirty, toilet roll holder broken. the coffee is very good when you get it!
Just another Caffe Nero. Popular with dogs, but why do the staff not clear the tables promptly? Its the same at many other branches.
We travel quite a distance to a Cafe Nero, we havent got one local for 2 reasons one the coffee is lovely and two they allow dogs, mine is not smelly and never experienced any in cafe that are . Well done Cafe Nero we need more that allow dogs .
