When we went clam digging in Futtsu and needed lunch, we decided to go to Kikusushi near the station. We weren't sure about entering just by its appearance, but please trust me and go inside. The interior has a nice and old-fashioned atmosphere. Despite its age, it was very well-maintained, and the chefs were very friendly. The sushi was satisfying as well. There was a wide variety of local shellfish and the preparation was done well. We visited with children, and there were children's sushi options available. Additionally, we received a set of sweets after our meal. We don't have many chances to visit Aohori Station, but we would like to come back when we go clam digging again. I hope this kind of sushi restaurant will continue to thrive.

I also happened to meet some regular customers from the local area and some customers from Sagamihara. The food was delicious, the service was good, and the prices were reasonable.
