Winery Hitohana - Furano

Spacious and clean rooms, helpful staff, free washing machine. Rooms are reasonably priced. Their public bath was adequate but I wish the temperature was a bit higher. Breakfast included lots of local, regional produce which was a plus! Reasonably close to the ski slopes and they provided a shuttle too. The carpark is somewhat 100m away so you may have to drop your luggage off before parking the car.

Awesome hotel with a big focus on food and wine. The room was super spacious and clean and I love that the shower has rain shower options too. The public bath is also available if you are after some hot soak, extra towels available in the bath section. The staff were super friendly and very helpful when we needed help with booking activities. Compared to the staff in our last hotel in Otaru it was such a big difference between them. The hotel has a car park spot available a minute walk from the door so very convenient.

Very nice hotel, only recently opened We stayed in a triple room, plenty of space in the rooms and the beds are very comfortable. The showers in particular were brilliant, plenty of pressure and very hot- perfect after a day on the mountain, otherwise the hot Spring was generally very quiet during my stay. Only a few minutes walk to the Furano ski lifts and easy access to local restaurants/711 etc. Plenty of options in the hotel restaurant, anything from a quick burger up to very nice seafood options and local steak. Staff were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Attentive staff with excellent restaurant and facilities with personal touch. Sony the receptionist was particularly helpful and professional. We were glad to be greeted and served by this elegant lady. Homemade jam were excellent and exquisite. Winecoffee and juice were served free of charge till 2200. Also the washing machines and dryers were at your disposal if needed. Location was nice and quiet. Car park involved a bit of walking up the road, no biggie. Restaurants were only short drive from hotel. All in all, a very high quality boutique hotel offering exceptional services. I’d definitely stay there again during my next visit.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in late September with my 3 year old daughter . The hotel is very clean and nice however the outside temperature at the hotel is now currently 4 degrees C The current room temperature we are staying at is around 15 degrees C. It is important for every potential customer to know that there is no ability for any customer in any room to switch the air conditioning between heating and cooling modes unless the whole building air con system is switched to heating mode by maintenance staff. The aircon systems in each room are Not True Individual Reverse Cycle systems. There are also no heaters in the rooms and we are feeling cold and need to wear track suits inside our room. 15 degrees C is too cold in our own room when paying over Y250OO per night !!!. We paid extra money for a room with a view and large panoramic windows 3m x 2.5m however that has proved to be a waste of money as we have to keep the curtains closed to try and keep our room warm... The hotel staff are very polite however, when we asked for the air con system to be changed over to heating the request was refused..Instead large blankets were supplied to our room... Beware of this hotel if you feel the cold.. No doubt there may be an apology posted by this hotel to this post but we would instead ask for our request to be actioned immediately and included in the response post as we are staying here one more night.
