If I could give 10 stars I would!!! We had an absolutely fantastic time! The beer tender was in such good spirits and was having fun cracking jokes with our group. Our tour guide was funny, informative and overall a great dude. We got to try so many beers and fell in love with so many of their delicious beers. Had a really great experience on the Aviator Brewing tour. I?ve never seen how beer is made but now know the entire process. On the tour we learned, we sampled beer and received these glasses. Superior brewery and super friendly bar! Make the tour!!!
The server MIke was very helpful, courteous, polite, and patient (we had a few questions). The appetizers came out great and way before or meal which was a plus( usually we have to wait then are meal is there right after our appetizer) it was really good. My sister had the Bourbon Burger and I had the other burger even though it was good, I had a taste of my sister's burger and fell in love with it. I took one to go. I loved everything, except I should have asked for less salt on my fries. But that is on me nobody else. I will go here again and recommend it to others. Thank you.
I visited the area back in 2013 and joined a brewery tour, which included a beer tasting. They brought some beers up from the basement, and I remember them being quite good. Although I don’t recall all the details, I noticed that the current selection of beers looks promising—it's nice to see they offer more variety than just the typical pine and turpentine flavors often associated with IPAs. My kid really seemed to enjoy it!
You have to try the Cockhouse! We happened to stop by, and it was a great decision. The atmosphere was very well-maintained and clean. Our server, Alexis, was fantastic—super friendly and attentive. We ordered the shrimp and grits (absolutely amazing) and the mahi tacos. Robin, the cook, informed us that the shrimp and grits are a new menu item, and they were delicious! She really knows how to create wonderful dishes. We will definitely be coming back!
This is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy freshly brewed beer. You can select your own flight of six beers, ranging from light to strong options.
