Food and drink are good, and the... read more Beside the Old Town and the Farmers' Market, we stopped off at the Snack Bar O Rival a number of times for a drink and a snack. Food and drink are good, and the staff are very friendly. A special mention to the two musicians who play there most evenings. A vocalist and talented guitarist and a vocalist and electronic drummer, they kept the crowd grooving and clapping most evenings. Definitely worth a visit or two.

It's a family run snack bar and restaurant which is popular with locals popping in for drinks or a meal. The menu is fairly small but the food is fantastic we love the traditional beef on laurel skewer which is so tasty. As a price guide, two main courses of beef on skewer with fries and freshly made salad, glass of rose, a bottle of house red, and two fabulous (and strong! home made ponchas was 33 euros an absolute bargain. Give O Rival a try!

We called in for a drink only, because they h... read more This is a splendid little snack bar, right next door to the market, with pleasant outdoor seating under umbrellas. We called in for a drink only, because they had the Coral stout on draught. Great place to sit and watch the world go by. The food we saw looked good. The only downside is because of the outdoor seating, you are prone to other people's cancer sticks.
