I neede... read more Awful attitude of staff towards customers. Called during morning for a couple of coffees. Although I can see the funny side now, at the time I couldn’t. I needed to use the ladies toilet and unfortunately the lock wouldn’t open. Eventually a young male staff member shouted instructions from outside the door. I eventually managed to unlock the door and I was “ greet” by the staff member berating me, for not been able to open the door.No apology at all. This staff member had no idea how to treat customers and I would never visit again. I would add that other staff were good. Unfortunately this one staff members behaviour has lead me to write a scathingly review

Great service to start off, was given some co... read more Decided to stop of and have a drink, nice location overlooking the harbour with the cruise ship in the background. Great service to start off, was given some complimentary peanuts which was a nice touch, until the pigeons appeared and started to jump on the table. So I tried to shoo them away but the kept on jumping on the table, so I threw a couple of peanuts on the floor to get them off the table to which I was told off by a young man who then decided to lecture me about pigeons and wouldn’t let me or my wife explain what had gone on, or that we had tried to get rid of them and covered the pot with the peanuts in.

Stayed with my wife for 4 nights in Feb 2024 (our second visit to this Hotel) and we had another amazing experience. Clean, organised and friendly, well run Hotel that gave us an incredible time. Cannot wait to get back next year. Well done guys, you have cracked the magical Customer Service experience...
