This is always my pizza place of choice when in Madeira. Sadly my last visit was a disappointment. Maybe changes in kitchen staff but the pizza was completely different to previous occasions. Very thin and lacking in toppings. Will look elsewhere for my pizza craving when in Madeira

Pizzas gigantescas e MUITO boas. Lasagna de carne maravilhosa. Tudo muito bom. Pessoal muito simpático e eficiente. Obrigado.

Talvez não seja o meu estilo, mas para mim não foi uma boa pizza, o que eu gostei foi a sopa vegetariana caseira entre as entradas. Minha pizza era havaiana. Não falaram no cardápio que o presunto seria defumado e eu não gosto disso, o molho não era uma verdadeira base de molho de tomate, mais parecia uma mistura de ketchup e molho barbecue. No geral, eu não recomendaria este lugar e não visitaria novamente.

We called in for a pizza, the service was good and quick! The surroundings and furniture are old fashioned and basic but there were many locals eating there which made up for it. We were given complementary poncho which was very kind however, we felt obliged to drink it even though we don’t like rum and it actually spoilt my meal because it made me feel queasy. I feel customers should be asked first, someone could be a recovering alcoholic and this could be a trigger. I know other people may not have an issue with this and I know I could have left it but it felt rude to do so. I hope this is seen as constructive feedback. The pizza is excellent.
