There were two vegan main dish options available, and I chose the seitan option. It was generous, satisfying, and incredibly tasty. The host was charming and energetic, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Be prepared for a wait, as there is likely to be a line outside the restaurant.
The restaurant was able to accomodate us at an early time slot as they had tour groups for the evening from 7. We were able to pre-order and had Vegetarian Yaki (vegan miso). Would love to go again!
One of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had. The staff were so lovely and accommodating and the food was delicious. A really exciting and traditional eating experience for any foodies.
There is a limited selection of vegetarian options on the menu. The food is delicious and the staff is very welcoming.
I suggest making a reservation on their Japanese website instead of their English one, as we were initially told we couldn't make a reservation but we later found out that we actually could. The restaurant was fully booked when we arrived, and we saw other tourists experiencing the same issue. For more accurate and up-to-date information, especially on weekends or busy nights, try using their Japanese website.
