I visited the café for lunch. It was located in a residential area, but easy to find. It was about a 15-minute walk from Funabashi Train Station. The food was incredibly tasty! I had doria, cheesecake, and tea, all of which were delicious. The menu selection was great as well. It was also a very dog-friendly place, so you could bring your furry friend or play with other dogs. The manager was friendly and beautiful. The place is on the smaller side, so it's recommended to make a reservation and bring cash as they only accept PayPay.
The owner is very friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. Review updated as of September 2, 2022.
The owner of the restaurant is very friendly and there is a welcoming atmosphere.
I had the "Hatchi no Yokubari-san" croquet and karaage lunch set. Everything was delicious, from the soup and salad (especially the dressing) to the croquet and pickles. I would definitely visit again when in the area. The portion size of the lunch set was generous. The karaage was very filling (I had 3 pieces) and I wouldn't be able to finish a set with 6 pieces. The hijiki okara croquet was awesome.
